Sprint Retro
Today during our retro we discussed ways to address fail points in our tickets. We decided to walk through our QA checklist in demo videos before moving tickets to "Ready for Test," and to document acceptance criteria from our epic breakdowns in a shared reference doc.
We also identified a need for more platform-wide collaboration. Going forward, we'll be more active in asking developers in #architecture for input on how our work impacts other teams. I plan to be more proactive in reaching out to other team leads before we start a new epic to consider the full scope.

Delivery Zones
I need to collaborate with the Ecom team and the US platform team on a few open questions around delivery zone scoping. Specifically, whether Ecom will send us a full address or convert to coordinates on their end, and whether we need a new platform service to store coordinate-based delivery zones.
Investigations
Helped Yongmin with a query to find missing lot inventory. Cannabis lots are tracked for regulatory compliance, so gaps in the data need to be resolved quickly before they become audit issues.
