Looked into Sylvie's bug ticket. Also helped Luiz investigate an issue with deleted users. When user accounts get deleted but their associated data (sales, audits, inventory movements) still references them, it can cause downstream issues in reports and compliance submissions.

Worked on failpoint improvements. Failpoints let us inject controlled failures into the system during testing, which helps verify that our error handling and retry logic actually works under real failure conditions.
