Fixed hanging stacks that were consuming resources without doing useful work. When CloudFormation stacks get stuck in an intermediate state, they block deployments and waste infrastructure budget until someone manually intervenes.
Investigations
Investigated an error in the ecom service. The Ecom team in Portugal handles the online ordering flow, but when their service throws errors, it often surfaces as a problem on our side since we share the same data layer for inventory and products.
