Continuing to finalize the Cash Movement Report for production release. I reviewed Zhijie's work connecting the frontend to the BigQuery API and investigated a bug caused by malformed data in production.
Investigations
Ran a project retrospective on the Cash Movement Report. On the release side, we hit issues with the CDC streams (the tinyint boolean misinterpretation) and with wiring up UI data connections. Webhook support was raised mid-project but never addressed. On process, handoffs between team members were messy, there was friction getting context from knowledge holders, and some planning meetings happened without those of us actually building the feature.
